Pocono Medical Care's Student Community Awards Program
Description: Marina Buckley, MD and Richard E. Buckley, MD, of Pocono Medical Care, Inc., are sponsoring an ongoing special Community Awards and Scholarship Program. This months opportunity encourages students to submit an essay about their school, detailing what they like best about it and what educational improvements could be made. The essays will be reviewed by Drs. Marina and Richard Buckley and the three receiving the highest scores will be presented awards. Additionally, the local School Boards and media will be given the opportunity to consider the students' suggestions and the contributions of all participants will be recognized.
By submitting an essay, you give Pocono Medical Care permission to quote your work and to recognize your contribution publicly. A well thought out essay could help to improve your school. Please take advantage of this opportunity to help the ongoing process of providing you with the best education possible.
Contest Rules:

| Essay length: | 150-500 words (only one essay per entrant) |
| Who is eligible? | Middle and high school students in Pike, Wayne, Orange and Sussex counties. |
| Final due date: | October 22, 2001 (must be received by) |
