Type of payment plan: Our compensation plan is uni-level with simple compression plus a Four Generation Override Bonus and an Infinity Bonus. How do I get paid? You receive immediate retail sales profit on all direct sales you make. You earn commission checks based on your Rank and your groups Monthly Qualifying Vvolume. Plus, you may be eligible for Infinity and four Generation Override Bonuses.How do I achieve my rank? Your Achievement Status (Rank) is determined based on your Personal sponsoring and must be achieved once in each 12 month qualifying period. as shown above and described in Policies and Procedures.
One Product Monthly! To be eligible for commissions, bonuses and overrides you must purchase one product monthly. There is no dollar minimum. Placing those products you personally use on our Auto-Re-Order program can help ensure you meet these requirements. Rank must be achieved once in each 12 month qualifying period.
Definitions:
PV=Personal Volume each month(direct personal consumption and personal retail sales)
GBV-3d=Your Group Business Volume on your first three levels; used to determine rank
Distributors purchase at published wholesale pricing.
Commissions are based on Commission Value (CV) as published monthly ( see price sheets)
Compression allows lower qualified levels to be paid if higher levels don’t qualify.
The four Generations of Override Bonus are paid down to the next qualified Presidential or higher rank.
The 1% Breakout Infinity Bonus is paid down to the next qualified Ambassador
Preferred Customer: A retail customer receiving company direct shipments and who is linked to a distributors first level for commissions
